The Halo Wars Arbiter was so much more badass looking than the Arbiter from Halo 2/3 that instead of redoing the Good Arbiter, I had to do this one instead.
Was watching the haloathon boys play some Halo for (High) charity, and got the itch. I used the Macfarlane figure as a reference for the armors markings.

I like how this is Ripa 'Moramee, and not Thel 'Vadam. Ripa has a more 'elite' posture and body type.
